| Aims: | i4i provides funds and support to enable ideas for new healthcare products to progress from post basic research to pre large scale clinical trials or health technology assessments. |

| Description: | The Invention for Innovation Programme wishes to invite FPD3 project proposals lasting up to 1 year and is a collaboration between at least one industry and one research (academic or clinical) partner to determine the commercial viability of a proposed device or technology, with the development of a robust route to market and a strong, appropriate consortium being the main deliverables. |
